Sharing a cup of coffee or an afternoon break is a great pleasure that we wish to guarantee to those who suffer from food intolerances also. We use soymilk or rice-based drinks for those who suffer from allergies to milk and dairy products, or for those who have chosen a vegan diet. Our breakfast pastries are produced with an excellent non-hydrogenated margarine fat or with olive oil and some of these also don not contain eggs.
Our croissants are sweetened with fructose to ensure a moderate calorie intake to those who follow a controlled diet or for those who simply want to feel lighter.
Even the mignon pastries offer a wide selection of desserts without milk, dairy products and eggs; craft jellies made with fresh fruits, sfogliatine, spicy deli made with almonds...
We're informed by AIC (Italian Celiac Association) - Eating out; our coffee and chocolates are gluten free and every day we offer a small range of fresh gluten-free pastry.
