It's been over 26 years since one sunny day in June that Gelateria Montereale was born. Available only to takeaway in the beginning, it immediately stood out for the craftsmanship of their product and for the link with the Pordenone territory.

Over the years Montereale's business has developed and has been characterized by its innovative spirit and for its attention to define ice cream as 'food', which is an underestimated aspect of ice cream when you consider the many nutritional properties of a quality product made with healthy and wholesome ingredients such as milk, cream, fruit and sugar.

Modern equipment and communication skills have contributed greatly to the company's success, confirming it over the years as one of the few gelaterie that work in their labs with the precious raw ingredients which, combined with fresh milk and cream, give birth to this soft cold cream.

Their offerings alternate between Sicilian granite for the hot months and semifreddi for the coldest period whilst not omitting ice creams and sorbets that are prepared daily. These products respect seasonality and follow the availability of raw materials, especially regarding fruit, always fresh and ripened to just the right point.

There are also many items available to take away such as ice cream cakes, semifreddo cakes, single portion ice creams and semifreddo pastries. There is always a wide and elegantly presented selection of the highest quality goods available at the right price elegantly displayed in order to show off their beauty.
