from Samanà penisula in Santo Domingo and from Ghana
Vanilla
from Madagascar and Tahiti, and some included in Presidi Slow Food (Chinantla Vanilla, from Chinantla forest about 100 km from Gulf of Mexico)
Pistachio
100% Italian or Iranian Kerman, without preservatives or color agents
Hazelnut
100% The Tonda Gentile delle Langhe variety from Piedmonte
Coffee
100% Arabica from the countries of the South Equatorial belt that support development projects in cultivation areas
Almond
100% Italian from Val di Noto
Broadleaf Mint
grown, harvested, prepared and infused for the excellent ice cream and Strong Mint granita
Venzone Lavender
used in infusion for the excellent ice cream
